When you leave for a holiday the questions can always be many! What time is check-in? Where can I leave my car? Are the accommodations equipped with bathroom kit and kitchen kit? Well, don’t worry, below we have collected the main frequently asked questions that are almost always asked by our guests.

The linen service is a service on request. However, it is always possible to rent it upon your arrival or bring everything you need from home.
Yes, all accommodations have a kitchenette equipped with dishes and cookware.
You can occupy the accommodation starting from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-in is however carried out from 8:00; if the accommodation is not yet available you can in the meantime use the village services by leaving your car in our internal parking lot.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am, returning the keys to the reception. Before closing the accommodation, the refrigerator must be turned off and the kitchenette must be left clean.
The keys must be returned to Reception by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Pets are allowed, up to 2 per Structure, only in some types of accommodations with prior authorization from the Management. A daily supplement must be paid for pets.
Final cleaning is always included in the price.
Weekly tidying consists of cleaning the living area and bathroom. The service is upon guest request. A supplement is required for the service.
The additional linen kit can be rented at the Reception where the supplement is paid.
Grilling and barbecue are prohibited in the accommodation.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodations.
There are accommodations further away from the center-village area and therefore from the arena where the shows are held that are quieter. However, there is no possibility of completely silent accommodations.
Parking is inside the village near the accommodation where you are staying.
The services included in the campsite are: water and electricity consumption, use of shared bathrooms, hot showers, entertainment, entrance to the swimming pool, parking space, shuttle service, wifi.
